Sicily is the largest island on the Mediterranean sea. The several islands sorrounding it are considered to be part of Sicily. This particular island was once a city-state in its own right and ruled the southern island of palermo. Sicily has it's own unique culture. Arts, cuisine, Architecture, language, Ect. Sicily is reconized as a center of orginized crime and had a large number of mob families. The reputed income of italian mobs was estimated 63 billion euros annuauly. OMG!!!!!!
