Hey! Its Margarita again and today I'm talking about the weather in Madrid, Spain. Through the cold months (December to middle March), winter is usually very little. It occassionally snows in the center, but it rarely accumulates. While there is certainly no shortage of activity in the city, there are far less tourist than at other times of the year. Spring (middle March through May) is the most pleasent time to visit Madrid. Large numbers of young people take to the streets for the all-night 'marcha' and all the outdoor cafes open up.
