food in Italy

I don't know anyone that does not like italian food. Italian food is mostly made of meats suases and pasta. Italians use about any meat. Duck, wild boar, chicken, beef, and more. duck is my favorite and I think it may sound weird to others but we italians love duck. Italians also cook fish. My favorite fish is salmon. My dad loves to make bagles and lox wich is bacon, cream cheese, olive oil, spices, anda gigantic peise of curede salmon. My grandmas famouse meatballs are the best in town. The ingrediants are a secret but we still make them for visitors. So go and try some of our countrys food.
