My name is Alfonzo I love food. That should speak for itself, but I will elaborate some. My father owned a small hometown restaurant in Venice and he and my mother managed it until he sold it and retired. My mother Incorporated all of her family's ancient recipes and they were to die for. My favorite as a boy was her chicken parmigiana and I could eat that everyday. Some of the tourists were very interesting and I got to know a lot about America and some of their culture. There food can't compare to ours though we just make it better. Some basic dishes I like to eat is spaghetti, fetacenni alfredo, and lasagna. I have to stop now because this is making me too hungry.
