Italian school systems

The greatest thing about school systems in italy is it is offered free to everyone regardless of nationality. You must start school at six years of age and finish with the minimum of 16 years of age. The schools focus much more on obediance and memorization than they do on creativity. In my opinion this is a downside because i find it easier to learn with creativity than with laws and boundries if i could change anything about school i would let everyone freely express their talents and learning skills.
