Hey its valentina again!!!! Italy has a framework of parlimentary, democratic, rebublic, and multi-party system. Current presidents have the same duties as a king! The current president of italy is Giorgio Napolatino. The president is elected by an electorial college consisting of both houses of parliment and 58 regional representatives for a seven year term. Even though it is not forbidden by the law no president has ever served two terms! (amazing)(= The italian judgical system is based on roman laws and modified by the Napoleonic code.
